You can contact the Disclosure Program using the dedicated website, email address or mailing address to report misconduct, corruption or suspect behaviour including theft, fraud, dishonesty, harassment and unethical behaviour. This program operates 24/7.
This service is anonymous and confidential. You will not be asked to reveal your identity unless you choose to do so.
Once you have provided your report;
- An experienced investigator will review the information you have provided
- The investigator will report back to the Designated Officer at Urban Utilities.
- Urban Utilities will decide what action is necessary based on the information provided
- The Disclosure Program will notify you of the action to be adopted.
