My Contractor Portal allows you to access Queensland Urban Utilities’ applications using a single login.

Once registered and logged in, the My Contractor home page displays all your applications in one location. Simply click your chosen application and you are automatically logged in.

  • Click ‘Forgot password’ then enter the email address that you registered with, and click ‘Reset via Email’.
  • Login to your email and check your inbox for the system generated email. Remember to check your Junk/Spam folders.
  • Follow the prompts to reset your password. 

Visit the Sign up page and complete the registration process.

  • Visit https://mycontractor.urbanutilities.com.au
  • Enter your username and password, and then select Sign-in.
  • If you see the error message Sign in failed, your username and password do not match those specified for your profile, or you do not have access permission. Please complete the registration form or contact our Help Desk on 07 3856 7111.
  • Visit https://mycontractor.urbanutilities.com.au
  • Click the ‘Sign Up’ link.
  • Complete and submit your registration form. 
  • Log in to your email and check your inbox for the system generated verification email. Remember to check your Junk/Spam folders.
  • Verify your email and activate your account.
  • Wait 24 hours for your profile to be finalised
