Flow Capacity Factor
For non-residential/business customers, Flow Capacity Factor is used to calculate water and sewerage service charges.

Flow Capacity Factor is a numerical value (also referred to as a multiplier) attributed to a water meter, which indicates how efficient it is at allowing water to flow. Each multiplier represents the increased efficiency of larger water meters (>25mm) to draw water from our network compared to standard meters (≤25mm).

Combined Flow Capacity Factor (CFCF) is the combined total (Maximum = 156.25) of all multipliers (FCF’s) where there are multiple meters supplying a property.
