If you are aware that you should have received your email bill by now, make sure you search your email inbox thoroughly.

Always search for Urban Utilities in ‘All Mailboxes’ so that you can look within your spam or junk folders as well.

Your email bill will arrive from urbanutilities.customerservice@notices.urbanutilities.com.au


Make sure to whitelist any emails from Urban Utilities by adding our “From” address to your contacts or list of safe senders.

If you’ve just received your ebill and are having trouble downloading a copy of your bill, try the following:

  • Try opening the bill link on a different internet browser such as Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Firefox
  • Try opening the bill on a PC if you are having issues on your mobile

If the ‘View Bill’ button is greyed out, wait a few seconds and reload the page, or try in a couple of hours.
