Feedback and complaints

We aim to deliver a high level of service and support to all our customers. However, If you are not satisfied with the service or a decision you have received from our Development Services team, call 07 3432 2200 (8:30am – 4:30pm weekdays) or email developmentenquiries@urbanutilities.com.au.

We will treat your complaint promptly, fairly, equitably, confidentially and professionally. Complaints are accepted and managed with a view to improving our services, products, decisions and actions in an effort to increase satisfaction for our customers.

The Development Customer Services Officer handling your complaint will act as an advocate on your behalf to find a resolution and escalate as required.
