If you are unable to access the Developer Application Portal, you can download the following forms, complete and email with supporting attachments to developmentenquiries@urbanutilities.com.au

Making changes to approval conditions, including extension requests, or seeking review of a decision:

If changes to your development result in alterations to design or infrastructure requirements, you may be required to submit an amended decision notice request.

If you are seeking to amend the approval conditions because you believe they are unwarranted or unreasonable, please submit an internal review or conversion application.
