In some cases, fewer than 15 per cent of applications submitted to Queensland Urban Utilities are properly made or provide correct or complete information. To meet your expectations of more timely and consistent assessment, please ensure your application includes all necessary information. Making changes to approval conditions, including extension requests, or seeking review of a decision:

If changes to your development result in alterations to design or infrastructure requirements, you may be required to submit an amended decision notice request.

If you are seeking to amend the approval conditions because you believe they are unwarranted or unreasonable, please submit an internal review or conversion application.
