2019 Products and Services Review

We have carried out our first major review of our developer products and services to ensure the ongoing delivery of high quality services to our customers, while continuing to deliver good value for money.

Tailored products and services

We’re now providing more tailored services to suit the different needs of our customers. These changes are part of a wider improvement program focused on what our customers have told us is most important: faster application turn-around times, strong customer service and consistency and value for money.

Revised fees and charges from 28 March 2019

Our repriced fees demonstrate our ongoing commitment to competitive pricing and reflect the cost of providing these specialist services.  This includes standardisation of a small number of fees that were different between Brisbane and regional councils to ensure more consistent and fair charging.

The revised fees and services, outlined in our Developer Customer Price List below, come into effect on March 28, 2019 and apply across our service territories of Brisbane City Council, Ipswich City Council, Lockyer Valley Regional Council, Scenic Rim Regional Council and Somerset Regional Council.
