How to get a copy of your bill

The easiest way to view or get a copy of a bill is in MyAccount

To view your most recent bill in My Account:

  • Select ‘Manage’ on your property then
  • Select 'Download PDF' in the ‘Most recent bill’ area. (Previous bills are also available for download by selecting ‘View all bills’.)

MyAccount lets you view the last 5 years' bills from us – perfect if you need old copies for tax time!

Can't see your latest bill in MyAccount?

If your latest bill is not available for download in MyAccount, this is because it has not been produced yet.You will need to check back in two working days. Alternatively, register for email or SMS billing and we will email or SMS you once it is available.

To do this, log in to MyAccount, select ‘Manage’ on your property, click ‘Change details’ in the Billing details, then change to email or SMS in Billing method.
