Approved requests will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days, excluding requests made on a weekend/public holiday (as we may require longer processing time). If you need a longer period to pay or would like to speak to someone about a personalised short or long-term payment arrangement, please contact us on 13 26 57 between 8am and 6pm weekdays.

Do you pay via Direct Debit? If you request a 30 day extension, the Direct Debit arrangement with your financial institution will be cancelled. You can re-apply for a Direct Debit when you receive your next bill.
