If you need more time to pay your Urban Utilities bill, you can request a payment extension.
This provides an additional 30 days to pay past the due date of your bill. An extension will ensure no interest accrues on the amount of your bill.
If you need longer than this, we can assist by breaking up the outstanding amount in instalments with a payment arrangement.
If you miss paying by your extended due date or think you might be in risk of missing by the due date – please contact us as soon as possible to avoid interest charges accruing.
