- A new-look, easy-to-use eBill Summary template with direct payment, view bill and customisable payment reminder options and water usage graphs.
- A new web tool to streamline your account details and communication preferences verification process.
- Our customer newsletter, Pipeline, available on all delivery channels – post, email and SMS.

Signing up to eBilling is quick and easy.
Simply grab your latest paper bill and scan the QR Code located underneath your water usage graphs.
Alternatively, you can visit our eBilling page and fill out the webform.
