In April 2018, we changed the dates we display in the Account Summary Period on your bill.

The Account Summary Period is now based on the dates we read your water meter.

On bills before April 2018, the Account Summary Period reflected your fixed water access charge dates.

Billing dates explained

There are two date ranges on your bill:

Meter read dates

These dates are based on when your meter was read, and give you the time period for water usage charges.
  • Before April 2018, we displayed your meter read dates in the Water Usage Charges section.
  • Since April 2018, we display your meter read dates in the Account Summary Period.

Fixed access charge dates

These dates tell you the period you are being charged for access to the water and sewerage network.
  • Before April 2018, we displayed your fixed access charge dates in the Account Summary Period.
  • Since April 2018, we display your fixed access charge dates in the Water Services section.
