Information for tenants

If you move into a residential rental property in our service area, you do not need to contact us to let us know.

Each quarter a summary of your water consumption will be sent to the property addressed to The Tenant. This is for information purposes only so you can monitor your usage. We will not send you a bill – the bill is sent to your landlord or their property agent.

If you move out of the rented property, you do not need to let us know. The property will continue to be billed to the landlord or managing agent.

Information for landlords

Each quarter we will send you, or your chosen property agent, a bill detailing the charges for water and sewerage access and consumption at your property. We will send a Tenant Advice to your property to advise the tenant of their water consumption.

You do not need to advise us when a tenant moves into or out of your property. You will need to let us know if you would like your bill to be sent to a new mailing address.
